How the process works
1. Make an enquiry. Tell us which service interests you and briefly describe your requirements. 2. Confirm the scope. We will discuss suitability, required information, the proposed consultation location and available appointment arrangements. 3. Attend the consultation. The session focuses on the scope agreed in advance. 4. Receive your written outcome. The relevant summary, checklist or PDF is normally sent by email within the stated working-day timeframe, once the consultation is complete and required information has been received. An enquiry does not itself confirm an appointment. The service, price, date, time and location must be agreed before the appointment is accepted.
